24-hour notice is requested. Short notice surcharges can be added to your bill
and you run the risk of us already being booked.

A Deposit for estimated costs for any purchases must be made up front.
All related costs of travel expenses, goods and merchandise is, of course, the responsibility of the Client

CONCIERGE SERVICES

FREQUENT TRAVELER’S SERVICES:

Please call for comprehensive consultation. We can help you with your tickets and reservations, boarding passes, packing needs, checklists, passport reminder, etc.


VACATION PLANNING:
Please call for a comprehensive consultation. We can help you with all facets of your vacation planning


TICKETS / RESERVATIONS, ETC.:
$30.00 per hour (1 hour minimum)


LIMOUSINE / SHUTTLE SERVICES:
This service basically comes under our Referral Services, but deserved its own heading under our Concierge Services. We have several excellent referral services. This Referral is no charge to you; however, we do need you to call them with a Peg At Your Service Referral Code so that we may track the usage from this Vendor. You also have the option of letting us set up this service for you.


DRY CLEANING DROP OFF & PICK UP SERVICES:
$30 per round trip

ERRANDS & PERSONAL SHOPPER SERVICES


$30.00 per hour (1 hour minimum), and then at 15 minute increments


ELDER CARE CHECKS:
  • $3.00 for 1 phone call per day
  • $5.00 for 2 phone calls per day
  • Weekly package are available
  • $20.00 for 1 visit per day (Zone 1 only)
  • $37.50 for 2 visits per day (Zone 1 only)

SENIOR ASSISTANCE:
$30 per hour (1 hour minimum)
Seniors always receive a 10% discount if they are paying directly for our services.

PERSONAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES

PERSONAL SHOPPER SERVICES:
$30 per hour (1 hour minimum)
  • Birthdays, Anniversaries, Wedding, Graduation Gifts, etc.
  • Electronics
  • Home Goods

GROCERY SHOPPING:

$45.00 for a 2 hour minimum.
Add’l time based on the standard hourly rate of $30.00
This does not include the cost of your purchases, and a 50% deposit must be made up front on the estimated total cost.


NEW MOM ASSISTANCE:

$30.00 per hour (1 hour minimum)
  • Pharmacy runs for diapers, formula, etc.
  • Grocery shopping
  • Dry Cleaners
  • Lunch and/or Dinner pickups (we can also cook you a meal in your home – just ask!)

LUNCH / DINNER DELIVERY:
This service is basically for delivery services from restaurants
not offering their own delivery services.


$10.00 for pick-up and delivery of one meal to one location.
$ 2.50 for each additional meal from same pick-up location and delivered to the same address.
Order can be placed for you if you wish.
There will be an add’l charge for deliveries made outside 5 miles radius.



COURIER / MESSENGER SERVICE:

Regular Delivery $25.00 with 4 hour notice
Prompt Delivery $35.00 with 2 hour notice
Rush Delivery $45.00 immediately
Overtime $67.50 after 6 PM and before 8 AM

All deliveries are within a 10 mile radius of our office.
Add’l charges for delivery made outside 10 mile radius.

$30 per hour (1 hour minimum)

GIFT WRAPPING & GIFT BASKETS:
Pricing depends on size of your package or basket, products selected, delivery and shipping if applicable. We like to personalize our baskets to your needs.

Gift Wrapping - $3.50 to $30.00 per package.
Gift Baskets - $50.00 to $500 per basket.

WRITING INVITATIONS & THANK YOU NOTES:
$30 per hour (1 hours minimum)
(Volume Discounts Available!)

HOLIDAY DELIVERY HELP:
  • $25.00 per address within Zone 1 (5 mile radius)
  • $30.00 per address within Zone 2 (6-10 mile radius)

WAITING SERVICES: (at a Client’s home)
$75.00 for duration of time, but not to exceed 4 hours; then $30.00 per hour

HOUSE SITTING:
  • 1 daily visit
$30.00
  • 2 daily visits
$45.00

Please call for a comprehensive consultation. We can customize a package of services to suit your needs. If you should require these services on a monthly basis, then a monthly fee can be negotiated.

Banking $30.00 per hour

SMALL BUSINESS SERVICES:

PET SITTING & DOG WALKING SERVICES:

REFERRAL SERVICES

Because of our type of business, we have access to a wide range of professional services. We can usually refer you to a qualified professional in almost any field you can imagine. JUST ASK!
This service is free to you. We only ask that you be sure to specifically mention us to the Vendor.
A short list of the types of services we can refer you to are:
  • Transportation Services (i.e. limos, shuttles, etc.)
  • Handyman Services
  • Painters
  • Roofers
  • Window Installation and Treatments, etc.

OTHER SERVICES

INTERIOR DESIGN, HOME STAGING & REDESIGN SERVICES:
The initial consultation is for 2 full hours of Peg’s expertise.

$400.00 for your initial consultation with Peg (discounted with a signed contract); and thereafter,
$125.00 per hour (purchases not included).


EVENT & PARTY PLANNING:

10% to 20% of event final costs, depending on the complexity of your event.
We can also supply you with excellent referrals for:

  • Catering
  • Entertainment (We have an excellent Quintet and DJ we can arrange for you)
  • Party Supplies (from Tents to Linens to Themes)
  • Transportation

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:
$45.00 per hour plus expenses
